Santa Fe Fun with the Guys

While Maria was in Sedona last week enjoying a girlfriends’ getaway, Steve had to stay in Santa Fe and work. But don’t feel too sorry for him, because his friend Kevin flew in from Seattle to keep him company while Maria was away.

Kevin had to work, too, but there was plenty of time afterward for the guys to explore Santa Fe. They hiked the Dale Ball trails in the Sangre de Cristo foothills. They also visited a few places on the Margarita Trail, including our favorite spot, Coyote Cantina.

Maria returned to Santa Fe on Friday, and the three of us enjoyed a fun-filled weekend. We checked out the farmers and artisans markets at the Railyard, visited the Georgia O’Keeffe Museum and the New Mexico History Museum, did a little shopping in the Santa Fe Plaza, and of course, ate some great meals.

During the month we spend in each city, that place is our home. It’s a treat when friends visit and we can show them around. Kevin, thanks so much for coming out to Santa Fe (and for going to Coyote Cantina THREE TIMES). We had a ton of fun, and hope to see you again soon!
