CDMX is a vibrant, bustling metropolis with a fascinating history. We sampled the city's best street food and tasted "pulque," an ancient drink made from fermented agave sap. At the famous Michelin starred Pujol, their delicious Mole Madre was nearly 3,000 days old! We learned about folk art and chocolate through the centuries, and explored the mystical Teotihuacan pyramids and Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe.
