Family Fun 1 - South Congress

Amy flew out to Austin, and we spent the weekend together as a family. Heaven!

On Friday, we feasted on modern Mediterranean food at Aba. Everything was delicious, especially the whipped feta. After walking off our meal with some window shopping on South Congress, we stopped at Tecova, where Danny bought Amy a pair of cowboy boots. He is a total boot convert and wears them every day now. Later that evening, Mei joined us for a movie - Dune Part 2. We were surprised to find that we had a (practically) private screening!

Dune Part 2 was outstanding - we recommend seeing it in a theater, if you haven’t already, for the full epic experience. And because our family loves to learn how cool movies are made, the next day we watched this “behind the scenes” video. WOW.
