Sazerac House

This place is fun, y’all! And it’s free. On a self-guided tour we learned a lot about bitters and whiskey and rum, and how the Sazerac became the official cocktail of New Orleans. Live bartenders gave us free samples - the Sazerac and the Planters Punch were delicious, but the Lucky Penny was meh. A virtual mixologist taught us how to make a Suffering Bastard, which has both bourbon and gin, and is supposed to cure hangovers.
